One of the Great Walks of NSW, the Snowies Alpine Walk takes in Australia’s highest mountains. Climb Australia’s highest mountain Mt Kosciusko. Take in spectacular Alpine views and marvel at the wildflowers in spring. See the start of the mighty Snowy River that flows to Marlo where the river meets Bass Strait in Victoria.
The path is easy to follow for the entire walk.
Campsites outside the restricted zone are shown in this FarOut trail. Please note you cannot camp in the restricted zone on the trail.
Please note that burying human waste is not permitted anywhere on this trail.
