Appalachian Trail: New Jersey, New York, Connecticut

This 228.2-mile section of the Appalachian Trail starts on the Pennsylvania side of the Delaware River at the border with New Jersey at Delaware Water Gap and covers the entire AT through New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut before heading about 15 miles north into Massachusetts, ending just south of the town of Great Barrington. The section includes highlights like the Berkshires, Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area, and Harriman State Park.
